I have done a lot of research on finding the solution but nothing worth it.So,i figure out all the solutions and created a new solution

which works.I hope this will work for you also.

So,to do this you have to follow some steps:

Step 1: Search for run in search box.Open the run,it will comes up like this.Type regedit in the Open field.

Step 2:A popup window will appear, click on yes.Now go to this path: Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Policies\Microsoft\Windows\Explorer

Step 3: Now as seen in picture click on the DisableNotification center and change its value to 0.

Step 4: Now move the mouse to the taskbar and rightclick on it and then open taskbar settings. Now scroll down and search for "Turn system icons on or off".Now find the action center .

Step 5: Now you can see that the toggle switch is now working but the action center still not showing. So,just turn it on and restart the pc.

This will solve your problem if still have some problem.Leave a comment.I will try to help you out.
